I love the idea of the military using a target&#039;s mobile phone to home in on them. The only question I have is whether we might all be able to send missiles to the less prestigious nuisances who loudly use their mobile phones on public transport? 

As regards the social networking idea of tracking people&#039;s movements. I suppose if it&#039;s voluntary then fair enough, but I wouldn&#039;t want to live in the fictional dystopia Ben Elton portrays in his recent book  - Blind Faith - where privacy is frowned upon and personal events must be available to the public writ large.</description>
