What a wonderful show - I had never heard of sandplay before, but after hearing this podcast, I instantly understand why it would be a successful form of therapy. Great job!

I just started listening to your podcast and was so excited to hear Dr. Ravitz's conversation. I have justed started using sandplay therapy in the school setting. I was introduced to the Jungian sandplay process upon starting my play therapy lincense. Thanks so much and looking forward to listening to more podcasts.

Thank you SO much for this. I will make Dr Ravitz's discussion of sandplay therapy available to my students as they play in the sand. It was good to hear her reiterate that the 'adult' does not interpret - I find that by simply making the tray available to my art students, who are already involved in deciphering their own inner symbols and images, that it becomes another tool to self awareness - contained, easily photographed and stored in their visual journal as part of the journey.
Thankyou again for your gift of life long learning across cyber space.
